Villa 4130 is a luxury holiday villa with private pool and tropical gardens, the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the south-east of Koh Samui. It is set within the beautiful location of Samui Beach Village, a new private luxury beachside development.

Samui Beach Village is 30 minutes from the picturesque airport of Koh Samui. Our driver will meet you and bring you to Villa 4130, where you will be met by our villa manageress Fiona and our staff. Throughout your stay we are available to assist you as required.

Villa 4130 is a large luxury villa catering for parties up to 9 people, 6 Adults + children. It had a large integral lounge, dining and fully furnished kitchen with American style fridge, dishwasher etc, with 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and terraces. It is situated in spacious tropical gardens with private swimming pool, sundeck, sala, outdoor kitchen & BBQ.

Villa 4130 is a newly built modern Thai-style villa with beautiful decor and artifacts from around Thailand. It has spacious rooms all with today's comforts - air conditioning is available throughout the villa as well as room fans, the windows can be interchanged between glass and mosquito netting. The villa is equipped with all the modern technology, including wireless internet, satellite TV and DVD/CD players.

Luxury Beachside Living
The Villa centers around the large lounge and living area, dining and gourmet kitchen. Our Chef 'Khun Eak' is available to serve you meals both Thai and international cuisine should you wish (subject to availability).

From the main lounge you can enter the garden and poolside through the large patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a large pool ideal for swimming and family games. The pool has terraces and sundecks to each side including sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sun bathing in the tropical sun. There is also a tropical Thai style sala to relax in the shade and an outdoor kitchen & BBQ area. The gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants and trees, visited by songbirds and butterflies.

The front gardens lead through an entrance sala to the quiet beach road and path through to the beautiful beaches, in one of the most picturesque areas of Koh Samui. The large palm fringed beaches are ideal for all the family, to enjoy the sand and sea and walks for long stretches of coastline.

The beach stretches out just 30 meters from the villa, with white sand afoot and magnificent views to the north and south of Samui. The beach is ideal for families with large stretches of sand and small pools for children to play in. Being away form the busy Samui tourist areas, the beaches are always quiet with at the most a handful of tourists and a few fishermen. During the winter months the beaches around here form a top location for kite-Boarding, with its shallow sandy lagoon.

Accommodation
Master bedroom - 1st Floor. A beautiful king-size bed with natural furnishings overlooks the gardens to the front of the villa. There is a large terrace at the front as well as a sun-terrace to the rear with views over the ocean & beach. The accommodation also includes a large walk-in dressing room with built-in wardrobes, large bathroom with bath and shower.

2nd Bedroom - 1st Floor. Situated next to the Master bedroom, this room has two single beds that can also be made into one queen sized bed. It also has a front terrace and sun-terrace to the rear, with fabulous views of the sea & beach's, with a similar walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom as the Master bedroom.

Guest villa. This accommodation offers a separate villa within the grounds with its own facilities, ideal for parents, older children or another family party. This facility consists of a large bedroom with king-size bed, with it's own terrace to the pool. It also has a walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

Each of the bedrooms are large and spacious and can accommodate two persons with the option of a third person in a daybed/cot.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, central room fans and ambient lighting that can all be adjusted to suit your needs.

Facilities & conveniences
Although living in a tropical paradise, you won't be isolated, as The Villa has all the modern conveniences such as email and wireless Internet Access, there is also a number of hi-fi systems within the villa, together with TV/DVD and a vast range of music CD's and DVD's for your use.

There is a full-time villa manageress who is able to help ensure you have a perfect holiday, you will be provided with a Thai mobile phone with all the emergency and useful numbers available and you will have contact with Fiona who is on hand to assist with your holiday requirements.

Fiona, supported by our housekeeping staff ensures Villa 4130 provides fully serviced accommodation, taking care of the accommodations; we also have staff to maintain the gardens and pools on a daily basis.

Fiona can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide food or wine/drinks, organize tours, activities or taxis, and there is also the villa car available for rent. Meals can even be arranged with the villa manageress to be delivered to your villa from the local restaurant.

The villa manageress can arrange any of the excursions for you, as the villa is close to many attractions; it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. Why not try the Safari trek into the jungle and ride an elephant, or have a private cooking class in your villa. we can also arrange in house spa treatments, such as massage, facial, manicure etc, or treat yourself and have a full afternoon's pamper.. we can even arrange childcare so you take time to relax and take time out and enjoy Samui's wonderful restaurants or spa's.

Samui is also home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies all around the island. Together with all the various health spas, many of which are within a short distance of The Villa, all your health care needs can be taken care of.
